As soon as you pick up a ticket you’ll know if you’ve won a prize straight away so no waiting until the Live Draw to find out. Ticket numbers are randomly generated once you make payment, instant wins are shown straight away on our website by clicking ‘reveal’, plus you’ll get an email if you’ve won! Some of our instant win comps also have an end prize which will be drawn on our Facebook Live as usual.
When you win we’ll email you the details we need to order your prize, please reply to the email with any customization/colours etc to ensure a speedy order. Prizes not requiring customization/choice are shipped straight to you unless you request the site credit alternative. All winners will be contacted within seven days asking for choices or to state your prize has been shipped. If you haven’t been contacted within seven days please email [email protected].
