How do I know if I’ve won?
– Our system will automatically check if you’re a Winner, click ‘reveal results’ to check. Our prize team will then contact you within three working days to arrange your prize. Please simply respond to the prize email if you’d rather take the site credit than have the prize ordered. You can check any previous wins by going to “My account” and then clicking “Instant Wins”.

How do you know my size?
If your prize requires a choice of size or colour etc please respond to your winners email with your choices to speed up the process. No worries if you don’t, we’ll reach out to you to ask for your choices as soon as possible.
