We work within a heavily regulated industry and we take our business very seriously. Your trust is very important to us! Our founder, Marcus, has been running small businesses for over 10 years, most recently the Pup Up Cafe hosting dog events since 2018. A few of you would have met the Pawsome team at Pup Up Cafe events already as we come along to quite a few to spread the word of our comps.

We’re real people and want you to win real prizes. We really are a family run business, Samantha and Jess who you may have seen at events or on our live draws are Marcus’s sister and fiancé!

We regularly update our social media with our winners’ stories. We also have a Winners page where you can see all our past winners and the amazing prizes they have won (bear in mind, we’ve just launched!)

Please only buy tickets through our website www.pawsomecomps.com, and follow our official social media accounts. You can find us on Facebook and Instagram.

All our current competitions are displayed on our Competitions page. You can enter a competition by clicking on the “Buy Tickets” button beside the competition you want to enter.

Choose an answer to the question. Select the number of entries you want. All entries made in a single transaction will be classed as having the same answer to the question, and only correct answers will be entered into the draw.

You can find all your entries in your Basket. Click “Checkout” to process the order. Existing customers will be asked to log into their account. If you’re a new customer, you will need to enter your details. Tick the box which says you accept our Terms and Conditions.

After completing your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw – good luck! If you have not answered correctly, you will not be entered into the draw.

If you haven’t received an email from us confirming your entry and whether you got the question right or wrong, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us at [email protected].

We also offer a free postal entry route. To enter for free, send your name, address, telephone number, email address and answer to the competition question to us to this address:

All postal entries can be sent by either first or second class stamp. Bulk entries are not accepted / will be counted as a single entry. You can enter as many times as the competition’s maximum amount of entries. Each free entry must be sent separately.

If you are a winner, we will contact you by phone within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If any of your contact details have changed before the closing date, you must let us know as we will try to contact you with the information you have given us.

Up-to-date contact information is very important! If we can’t contact you within 14 days of the competition’s closing date, we will need to choose another winner and you won’t be able to claim the prize. You can check and manage your details through your Account.

You must be 18 years or older to enter, as well as a resident of England, Wales or Scotland. 

We can’t accept entries from outside the U.K. as other countries’ laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws. Also, you can’t enter this competition if you are a relative of us or any of our suppliers – numbers are picked at random but it’s one of those rules we have to comply with!

At Pawsome Comps, we have a real passion for dogs. So our prizes include everything you or your dog could want from having your dog grooms paid for for a year through to dog friendly holiday stays and cars with custom dog crates in the back. You can browse our current competitions here, and each competition has a full description and pictures.

Charity is at the heart of what we do. Over at our other business, Pup Up Cafe, we’ve been raising money for dog charities since 2018, see the results here. As soon as Pawsome Comps is self-sustaining we’ll look to do the same here via charity competitions and a % of overall profits being donated each month to a different charity. Do get in touch if you have a dog charity to suggest and we’ll add it to our list. We’ll update this section as soon as we have some profits to donate!

Everyone who selects the correct answer to the question is entered into a draw. The winner will then be chosen at random from all the correct entries during a live draw using the Google  random number generator. Our live draws are currently completed on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pawsomecomps), over there you can watch our lovely staff giving the lucky winners a call along with lots of fun freebies during the draws.

If you’ve won, please make sure that you have given us the correct information to get in touch with you or another winner will be chosen! We will contact you within 7 days of the competition’s closing date.

With your permission, we’d also love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.

If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. It’s totally up to you what you do with it from there. Sell it, give it to a friend, let the dog eat it, the choice is yours.

Every time you enter a competition, we send an email with your order details and ticket number(s). You can also find your tickets in the My Account section on our website.

It’s disappointing, we know. But it is a competition! Incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw. You can always enter again with the correct answer.

You can pick up as many tickets as you want up until the maximum number of entries. The maximum amount is displayed on the competition’s page.
